Welcome to Zeroth. By using our mobile application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Zeroth app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zeroth. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per person; multiple accounts may be terminated
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Manipulate leaderboards, scores, or achievement systems through automated means
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All questions, explanations, code examples, and educational content in Zeroth are owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Your usage data (answers, progress, streaks) remains associated with your account and is subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Zeroth available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Update the app to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features

7. Pricing

Zeroth is currently free to use. If we introduce premium features in the future, we will clearly communicate pricing and ensure existing free features remain accessible.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zeroth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Content is completely accurate or up-to-date
• Using the app will result in any particular interview outcome

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeroth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interview outcomes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
